If you haven’t heard, we are hiring! We are looking for dental hygienists to join our amazing, wonderful, fun team (if we don’t say so ourselves)!
Over the past month or so we have run into what can only be described as bad luck. Our hygienists have been sick, their kids have been sick, situations have transpired that are out of their and our control, and to top it off, one of our hygienists had to go on an unexpected personal leave. Are we stressed? Yup. Have we lost sleep over the number of patients we need to reschedule? Double yup.
The dental industry is extremely short staffed right now. Finding dental hygienists are like finding a needle in a haystack, and finding ones that fit our “Work hard and be kind” personality? Well, that’s asking for a miracle.
Lucky for us, we believe in miracles and we have an unrelenting positive mindset (for better or for worse, haha). However, we are asking for your help. Position: Registered Dental Hygienists
3-4 days a week, days are flexible

Job Description:
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional oral care to patients by performing routine cleanings, applying preventive treatments, and educating patients about oral hygiene. You will work closely with dentists and other staff to ensure a positive patient experience while helping maintain optimal oral health for every individual who visits the office. We employ a full-time sterilization assistant to allow more time for you to spend with your patients as well.
Requirements:
- Registered Dental Hygiene current license
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
